PennDOT: Carpenter Park Bridge Replacement.

PennDOT is developing plans to replace the Carpenters Park Bridge.  There will be a public display of the plans at the Conemaugh Twp Building.  This may affect our access to the river and the river guage; both during construction and after, depending on the bridge design.  You are encouraged to attend and make comments on protecting our access to the river.
