Today’s testing went very well. No problems with vibration or turbidity. Tomorrow’s test will be a full 500 CFS release to check for turbidity. Also, after tomorrow’s testing, the value will be keep open at around 350 cfs to drop the level of the dam 7 feet to allow Fish & Boat to install fish habitats in January. Dam has to be drawn down before it freezes. It will take two weeks for the dam to fall to that level if there is no rain…if rain, three weeks or more. Thus there will be excellent whitewater 24/7 for at least the next three weeks. Have fun!
