Our annual Christmas Paddle will be taking place on Thursday the 21st. The is the event where we decorate our boats in LED or any other kind of lights, Paddle our merry way singing Christmas Carols, down the Stonycreek through downtown Johnstown, under the Incline Plane and lighted stone bridge, taking out at 6th Ave. All in support of the Salvation Army. We will meet at 5 at the 6th Ave. boat access ramp in Cambria City and Shuttle to the put in below the Hickory Street Bridge. Basic river skills and dress warm. PFD’s are mandatory. We will keep everyone posted for updates or cancellations.
Spectators will get a great view of the paddlers and lighted stone bridge from Point Park. There will be a Red KEttle at the park for donations to the Salvation Army.
