Full Moon Paddle tomorrow evening. Friday, Aug 16. We meet anytime after 7 PM at Quemahoning Family Recreation Area. We typically gather at the beach area. Boats must be registered or have a launch permit. PFDs are mandatory. Boats must have a light. We have chem lights to share but many folks choose to use battery powered LED lights to be more interesting. We often paddle a bit before sunset, snack some, then paddle out to watch the moon rise. Later we have a fire on the beach, share snacks, and swap lies about our boating adventures. Bring a folding chair and snacks to share. Good times.
