Middle Yough Trip – Sunday, June 11

First Middle Yough Trip of the summer this Sunday (June 11). This is a great place for beginners to practice paddling in moving water with small waves, holes and rocks (a few class II spots). Great paddle for experienced boaters on a beautiful river (about 9 miles). Meet at Ram Cat Parking Area around 10 AM to set shuttle, we will try to put-on around 11. We should reach Ohiopyle between 3 or 4 depending on current and how much we play. Bring lunch for on the river. Boats do not need to be registered. PFDs are mandatory.
