The Que Reservoir this AM is 1626.27 ft. So we WILL have a release for this Saturday. Normal times. Any paddling on Sunday will be natural flow ONLY. Rain forecasted this week…….. It is possible that the rivers will have good natural flow!
First full moon paddle of the year is Thursday evening, June 24th. We typically meet around 7:30 at the Quemahoning Family Recreation beach area. Moonrise is after 9. We try to be out on the water to watch the moon rise over the hills. Then paddle back to the beach for a fire, food and friends. Bring snacks to share, something to drink and a folding chair or two. Boats must be registered, PFDs are mandatory. boats need a light (we will have chem lights but many folks like to add battery powered LEDs for fun). Weather looks great. Contact Mike Burk or Steve Podratsky for details.
